General terms of sale
Any order taken for a product appearing in the online store verlaine-et-rimbaud.com website requires prior consultation of these terms. Consequently, the consumer is fully informed that his agreement concerning the content of these conditions does not require the signature of this document, as far as the customer wishes to order online the products presented in the framework of the shop website.
The consumer has the option to save or print these general conditions, given that both the backup editing this document are the sole responsibility. The online shop set up by the company Verlaine & Rimbaud through the website lists the following information:
– Full presentation of the essential characteristics of the goods offered
– Indication, in Euros of the price of goods and, where appropriate, delivery charges

Article 1 : Completeness
These terms represent all obligations of the parties. In this sense, the consumer is deemed to accept without reservation all the provisions of these terms and conditions. Article 2: Come into effect – duration

Article 3: Electronic signature

Article 4: Order Confirmation
The contractual information will be confirmed towards e-mail no later than the time of delivery or failing that, to the address specified by the consumer in the order form.
Article 5: Product Information
5-a: Verlaine & Rimbaud company presents on its Web site the products for sale with all the characteristics required to comply with Article L 111-1 of the Consumer Code, which provides the opportunity for potential consumers to know before taking command of the essential characteristics of products they wish to buy.

Article 6: Price

If the price of an item ordered decline thereafter, we can not in any case compensate the customer in accordance with commercial law. Article 7: Payment

Article 8: Product
We do not accept returns as:
– Each product is carefully examined before each send. We will never send a product with a defect.
– In addition, sizes and measurements of the models are explicitly specified in the description of each product.
– In the presentation of each product, a table of very accurate measurements is available and allows each customer to know the exact dimensions of the products.
Article 9: Methods of delivery
The standard shipping method is sent by Mondial Relay carrier or the post office directly at home or in relay point. Article 10: Delivery problems due to carrier

Article 12: Information Technology and Freedoms
The information requested from the consumer is required to process the order and will be communicated only to partners of the Verlaine & Rimbaud company operating within the framework of the execution and delivery of this order.
